A Consistent Giving Schedule
Contributions are made every six months, regardless of the amount accumulated. Each district has its own schedule. We may contribute early, but early donations never change the original deadline. Any remaining funds are contributed by that scheduled date.

Support Goes to Each District
Contributions go directly to the participating district that its school collections support. Funds are tracked separately for each district.

Decisions Stay Local
Once a district accepts a contribution, it determines where the funds can best support students, following district policies and addressing areas of greatest need.

Program Details
How are contributions calculated?
The 15% allocation uses school-themed retail merchandise sales after applicable discounts and refunds, before sales tax. District bulk purchases are excluded. Square processing fees do not reduce the contribution basis. This is a commitment by 3BLayerLab, not an additional checkout fee or customer donation.
When are donations made?
Every six months, regardless of amount. There is no minimum amount and no automatic early donation. Voluntary early contributions count only when confirmed completed and do not restart or postpone a district’s schedule. Outstanding funds carry forward until contributed.
Which districts participate?
Participation requires district agreement and explicit owner activation. Purchases before activation or during a pause do not generate new contributions. A pause preserves existing commitments, balances, and completed donations.
Where is Donation History?
Each district’s progress page reports confirmed amounts, actual completion dates, and relevant giving periods. Pending transfers are never reported as completed. Customer information and internal assistance details remain private.
